Name: MOO
In the beginning of the series, Moo inhabits the body of Holly's father. Moo has used his power to transform his body, in order to make himself stronger and more capable of leading an army of monsters. With his ability to turn monsters bad, he is easily able to raise an army, and set out to take over the world. Moo's only desire is power, and destruction, although he claims to be liberating the monsters from their human oppressors.
As Holly's father, Moo is a calm and controlled creature, not flying into a  rage even in the heat of battle. He always seems to be a step ahead of the Searchers, and his strength and power are such that he could easily overcome them if he wished. Holly intrigues him, however, and he clearly wants to bring her over to his side. Failing that, making Holly hate him will bring him the power he needs anyway, so he confronts them directly only at the beginning.
 Once Moo gained his ancient body, however, everything changed. The
body he had gained was enourmous, far larger than any other monster save the Phoenix. He also became much less controlled, and at the end of the series went totally out of control, and turned into a rampaging monster. This suggests that it was Holly's father that was actually the control behind Moo, and that the monster itself is not even interested in power or conquest, only mindless destruction.
In the fanfiction he is mainly portrayed as he is in the show, as a calm and cunning leader very much in control of his troops. He actually shows more cunning in the fanfic, as he sometimes tries to use Holly or one of the other Searchers against the others, or introduce a traitor into their midst.
